There is never a job so important that Health and Safety must be compromised. All workplace injuries and illnesses are avoidable and preventable. 

Both employees and contractors have the responsibility to themselves, their fellow employees, and their families, to work safely and in a safe environment. Everyone will be held accountable to meet their responsibilities under the act.

There will always be an open line of communication between management and employees. The right to refuse to work in an unsafe or unhealthy work environment is mandatory.

It is in the best interest of all parties to consider health and safety in every activity. Commitment to health and safety must form an integral part of this organization, from the president to the workers.
